Terms of Service
1. General Information
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website rozbieracz.pl (“Service”), operated by Administrator, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (“Operator,” “we,” “our”).
The Service allows adult users (“Users,” “you”) to upload photos or images and generate a simulated “undressed” version of the depicted person using an AI model.
The Service is intended solely for humorous, entertainment purposes. The generated results (“Outputs”) are fictional visualisations, not authentic photographs, and must not be presented as real or factual depictions.
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and User Obligations
18+ Only – The Service is strictly limited to persons who are 18 years of age or older. Access or use by minors is prohibited.
No Minors’ Images – Uploading any image that depicts a person under the age of 18 (even if they appear older or have consented) is strictly forbidden.
Content Ownership & Consent – By uploading an image you declare that: a) you own the copyright or hold a valid licence to use the image, and b) you obtained explicit permission from the depicted person to process their likeness in the described manner.
Prohibited Uses of Outputs – You must not distribute Outputs as genuine photographs (“deep‑fakes”); use Outputs for blackmail, harassment, defamation, intimidation, fraud, or any unlawful purpose; sell or otherwise commercially exploit Outputs.
Ephemeral Processing – All uploaded images and Outputs are permanently deleted from our infrastructure 60 minutes after processing is completed. We do not archive or back‑up user files.
Account Suspension & Reporting – Any breach of Section 2.2–2.4 will result in immediate account suspension. Relevant data (including logs) will be preserved and forwarded to competent law‑enforcement authorities.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the way you use the Outputs.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator against any claims, damages or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, third‑party rights, or applicable laws.
4. Operator’s Liability
The Operator provides an automated tool and does not pre‑screen user content.
We are not liable for: a) legality or accuracy of user‑supplied images; b) any misuse of Outputs by Users; c) damages resulting from Users’ violation of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for technical, legal or business reasons.
5. Abuse Notification (“Notice & Takedown”)
If you believe your rights have been infringed, email [email protected] with: a detailed description of the alleged infringement; the session ID or link (if available); your contact information; a statement of good faith and accuracy under penalty of perjury.
We will review bona‑fide notices within 48 hours and, if warranted, disable access or preserve data for law‑enforcement.
6. Data Protection
We collect only essential data (IP address, timestamp, optional email).
Log data may be stored for up to 12 months for security, anti‑abuse and legal compliance.

7. Licence
You grant the Operator a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide licence to process the uploaded image solely for generating the Output.
The licence automatically terminates 60 minutes after processing, upon deletion of all related files.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, technical or operational reasons.
Users will be notified at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
